Stone has a bit of wiggle in the setting but is secure.
On my presidium tester it tests in the Tourmaline/quartz range- but I am not a gemologist, so can't say for sure what the stone is. Definitely not a diamond.
Ring is a size 7 and can be sized by your jeweler.
